1. What we need

Our personal data protection policy governs the use and storage of your data and is available to any user or interested party.

Domingo Sánchez is the controller of the personal data that you (the data subject) provide to us.

We collect the following types of data from you:

· Identifiable contact data (name, address, phone number and/or email, etc.)

· Data providing commercial and professional information.

2. Why we need it

We need your personal data to provide our services and maintain commercial activity with you, process subscriptions, requests, or any type of inquiry made by the user through any of the contact methods made available on the company's website, and to send the newsletter, if applicable.

3. What we do with it

Your personal data is processed by the owner Domingo Sánchez Nieto, c/Martinez Agosti, 4, PO Box 30, 33530, Asturias, located in Spain. The hosting and storage of your data is done on servers contracted by the owner at this same address.

No third party has access to your data unless specifically required by law.

4. How long we keep it

Under Spanish law, we are required to retain your documents for at least 6 years in accordance with commercial data retention policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed. Any personal data we have for commercial notifications and service updates will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. 5. What are your rights?

If you believe that the personal data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request to view, correct, or delete this information. Please contact us via the Information Request Form. If you wish to file a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, please contact the data protection officer or security officer at email: info@prowellbox.com or write to Domingo Sánchez, c/Martinez Agosti, 4, PO Box 30, 33530, Asturias. Our File Manager will review your complaint and work with you to resolve the issue. If you still believe your data has not been properly handled in accordance with the law, you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) and file a complaint with them.

 

Privacy Policy according to regulatory legislation

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and its implementing regulations, Prowellbox and its owner Domingo Sánchez, in compliance with articles 5 and 6 of the LOPD, inform all users of the website who provide or will provide personal data, that these will be incorporated into an automated file duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their personal data may be processed by the provider for the following purposes:

1. Sending of commercial advertising communications via email, SMS, MMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communication. These communications will be related to products or services offered by the provider, as well as by partners with whom the provider has reached a commercial promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data. In any case, the commercial communications will be carried out by the provider and will be related to products and services in the provider's sector.

2. Conduct statistical studies.

The provider expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third-party companies, and that whenever any kind of personal data transfer is to be made, prior, express, informed, and unequivocal consent will be requested from the data subjects.

All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the user with optimal service. If all the data is not provided, the provider does not guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely suited to your needs.

The provider guarantees the user in all cases the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, information, and opposition, in the terms provided by current legislation. Likewise, the user may unsubscribe from any of the subscription services provided by clicking the unsubscribe link in all emails sent by the provider.

Similarly, the provider has adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data processed, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration, and/or unauthorized access by third parties.

 

Use of Cookies and Activity Log

The provider, on its own or through a third party contracted to provide measurement services, may use cookies when a user browses the website. IP ADDRESSES

The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity log file that allows subsequent data processing in order to obtain purely statistical measurements that allow knowing the number of page impressions, the number of visits to web services, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

 

SECURITY

The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of avoiding unauthorized access to data. To achieve these ends, the user/client agrees that the provider may obtain data for the corresponding access control authentication.
Any contracting process or one involving the entry of high-level personal data (health, assessments, tests, etc.) will always be transmitted through a secure communication protocol (Https://,…), so that no third party has access to the information transmitted electronically.
