Terms of Sale

Prowellbox is a web application that provides its service through subscriptions for access and use of its content. It allows free registration and premium access through subscriptions with recurring quarterly payments.

Registration ("free" subscription)

By registering, the user has free access to 20% of the content at no cost. However, they will not be able to edit or use the different tools. The purpose of this free registration is to provide free access to the platform to view its entire structure and content blocks.

Subscription with quarterly payment

The user, duly registered and once subscribed to the different progressive plans offered, through the various credit or debit card payment methods offered, will be able to access all contents, functions, and management tools for training, programs, and clients during the contracted quarterly period.

-The following charges will be made recurrently at the end of each quarterly period to maintain the subscription.

-At any time, cancellation of the subscription service may be requested, refunding the unused proportional part of the current quarter.

-The user may upgrade their subscription plan for a charge considering what has already been paid in their current plan.

-Likewise, they may downgrade to a lower plan, receiving a refund for the unused proportional part.

If the charge established in their subscription plan is declined, Prowellbox will send a notification regarding this irregularity, granting a grace period without removing their access membership. After several attempts and if no response is received from the user to facilitate the charge, Prowellbox will remove their subscription membership, leaving only access through the "free" membership without the ability to access editing and user management tools.

Contract between the User and Prowellbox.

These Terms of Contract constitute an agreement that regulates the relationship between Prowellbox and the user. These terms represent the entirety of the rights and obligations of Prowellbox and the user respectively regarding access and use of the web platform at www.prowellbox.com

Payment Refunds

Considering the user has been informed of the prices and conditions of our products and has accepted the terms and conditions of use contained herein, we inform that:

Each claim will be evaluated individually before any refund is made.

By default, if the user has not managed the cancellation of subscription and quarterly payment of their plan through their user profile, no refund will be made once the established period has passed. Refunds will only be processed for the current quarter, not for previous periods where no cancellation action has been taken.

For any claim, please contact us at info@prowellbox.com where one of our agents will personally assist you in reviewing your case and evaluating the requested refund. Once a refund is confirmed, it will be processed to the card used for the purchase (not by other methods) within a maximum period of 10 business days.
